Description
The expanding market for young adult fiction offers opportunities for a very broad range of writers. This workshop provides basic guidelines of writing for a teen audience. It addresses such issues as plot, character, pacing, structure, revision, and keeping the creative juices flowing. The class covers finding an agent, working with an editor/publisher, and/or self-publishing. Reynolds is the author of ten books of teen fiction in her True-to-Life Series from Hamilton High. She’s published I Won’t Read and You Can’t Make Me: Reaching Reluctant Teen Readers.
