Author Andrea Alban teaches a novel approach to writing essays in three easy steps. 6th-8th graders will learn to deconstruct the beginning, middle and end of well-written essays. We will brainstorm fascinating essay ideas and construct thesis questions until the process becomes second nature. Then we will draft, review and revise. Students will go to school in the fall with extreme writing confidence! Andrea Alban is the author of nine books, including four for young people. Andrea speaks at schools, museums and literary festivals and loves to teach children about the creative process.
