"Winnie the Pooh" and "Jingle Bell Jukebox"

The Historic Hoover Theater welcomes everyone's favorite storybook character when Stage Kids California presents Disney's "Winnie the Pooh." Based on the stories by A.A. Milne, the production will run December 13-16, 2012.

This family-friendly musical welcomes audiences to the Hundred Acre Wood, where Winnie the Pooh is once again in search of honey. Along the way, he meets his pals Tigger, Piglet, Rabbit, and Owl, but soon discovers that Christopher Robin has been captured by the Backson! As they prepare for a rescue operation, the animals learn about teamwork, friendship, and sharing snacks.

To get audiences in the holiday spirit, the opening act for Pooh and his friends will be "Jingle Bell Jukebox." In this entertaining mini-musical, a group of kids get into the holiday spirit as they dance and sing to holiday favorites on the jukebox at the local diner.

Winnie the Pooh (with Jingle Bell Jukebox) runs December 13-16. Showtimes are 6:30pm on Thursday (12/13), 7pm on Friday (12/14), 1pm & 7pm on Saturday (12/15), and 1pm & 4pm on Sunday (12/16).
