Description
In the overview, we will1. Compare different weight management methods in the market, such as calorie restriction, meal replacements, low carbohydrate. Reveal what they really lose, fat, water, or muscle.
2. Educate the importance of low-glycemic-index eating habit. It is recommended by World Health Organization (WHO), Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO), Diabetes associations in Europe, Canada, and United Kindom. However, it is NOT recommended by American Diabetes Association and American Heart Association. Why?
3. Instruct the steps to form low-glycemic-index eating habit. Explain how it can work synergistically with proper exercise, stress reduction, and supplementation to obtain the best result.
Weight loss is not temporary solution. It is a lifestyle transition. It requires determination, patience, encouragement, and proper method. The program will be lead by experienced Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) and follow the clinically proven system.
