7:00-8:15 AM
Vinyasa Basics
Basics of vinyasa flow, connecting movement to the breath while transitioning between poses. Knowledge of Yoga Basics is helpful.

9:00-10:30 AM
Gentle Yoga
Yoga postures are taught in an environment geared toward restoration, healing and relaxation. Perfect for beginners, those recovering from injury, or those just needing a gentler practice. Emphasis on gentle strength building, flexibility, and the use of the breath to relax and renew.

12:00-1:15PM
Vinyasa Flow
A sequence of flowing postures, coordinating breath and movement. Modifications are suggested for different levels of students. Students are encouraged to practice at their own level. Knowledge of yoga or vinyasa basics recommended.


5:30-7PM
Beginner Ashtanga Vinyasa*
Basics of ashtanga vinyasa flow, connecting movement to the breath while transitioning between poses. Knowledge of Yoga Basics is helpful.

7:15-8:30PM
Intermediate Ashtanga*/
Vinyasa Flow
