Knowing your rights is your best defense from discrimination. Kristina Wertz from the Transgender Law Center will discuss workplace rights including issues of discrimination and harassment in hiring and on the job. We'll talk about best strategies for bringing a complaint to your employer and how to seek help from government agencies.
