Description

Join us for a meditative workshop on transforming a source of pain into a wellspring of renewal.

Habits and patterns intertwined with painful past memories often prevent us from enjoying the freedom and beauty that the human body and mind offer. It is possible to skillfully touch these memories in a way that cuts through their power to restrict us.

Instructors: Sylvia Gretchen and Erika Rosenberg

Contact (510) 809-1000 or e-mail [email protected] for reservations or questions. Cost is $80 and includes a delicious vegetarian lunch.

About the Nyingma tradition: Over many centuries Tibetan Nyingma masters have awakened the full potential of human consciousness through meditation, study, and work.

In 1969 Tibetan Lama Tarthang Tulku brought the Nyingma tradition to the United States where it has become a catalyst for positive change.

Tarthang Tulku founded the Nyingma Institute in 1972. Here, these unique teachings and practices come to life.
