After San Jose pro-skater Tim Brauch tragically passed away at the age of 25 from a sudden cardiac arrest, his friends and fans put together the annual Tim Brauch Memorial Skateboard Competition. Now in its 13th year, friends and fans continue to gather as a way to honor the life and times of Brauch. But the memorial doesn't end with the skateboard competition, there is the after-party at the Blank Club, as well. This year, Ray Stevens II's skate-punk band Clay Wheels will be playing, joined on stage with skater Steve Alba. Metal band Dusted Angel opens the show. - Aaron Carnes sanjose.com
