7:00-8:15 AMVinyasa Flow
A sequence of flowing postures, coordinating breath and movement. Modifications are suggested for different levels of students. Students are encouraged to practice at their own level. Knowledge of yoga or vinyasa basics recommended
9:00-10:30 AM
Vinyasa Basics
Basics of vinyasa flow, connecting movement to the breath while transitioning between poses. Knowledge of Yoga Basics is helpful.
12:00-1:15PM
Beginner Ashtanga Vinyasa
Basic postures of ashtanga; focuses on breath and alignment while increasing flexibility and building core strength.
5:30-7:00PM
Hip Opening Restorative
Relax and rejuvenate in a tranquil environment. Through the use of props, poses are held restfully and comfortably to allow the breath, body, mind and spirit to open.
7:15-8:30PM
Vinyasa Flow
