Description

Through My Father's Eyes: The Filipino American Photographs of Ricardo Ocreto Alvarado (1914 to 1976) is an exhibit that offers a glimpse into the life and times of a Filipino-American in the Bay Area after World War II. Fifty out of 3,000 photos were chosen for this exhibit that were found by the daughter of Alvarado. Alvardo immigrated in 1928 from the Philippines to the United States and had a passion for photography and documented this life through his photos for over 20 years.

The exhibit runs from July until January 6.
