L.A.'s The Seizure play indie rock with a hard beat and some intricate guitar work, not to mention great song titles. Unfortunately, "Oh God You Devil" isn't about the George Burns movie, but it does feature a fantastic Cure-type gloom rave-up. The band's certainly not goth, and they're not exactly '80s-retro, either. But they do borrow from all kinds of New Wave and rock from that decade, mixing it with the sound of current guitar indie.
