On Saturday May 24th The Sandy Tar String Band, on tour all the way from Athens, Ohio, will be pulling out all the stops in an all-evening-long set at The Plough and Stars Irish Pub. One part traditional old time, one part classic bluegrass, and one part wild card (its members dabble and dip frequently into the worlds of classical, jazz, and blues music), Sandy Tar will be keeping the tunes rolling and the shocks and giggles coming.We promise.
