The Residents are an American art collective that was founded in 1969. They are best known for their avant-garde music and multimedia works, and have released over sixty albums since 1974. Throughout their eclectic career, The Residents have produced numerous music videos and short films, and have embarked on seven major world tours and scored multiple films. And now, this unique outfit comes to the Rio Theatre as part of their "Wonder of Weird 40th Anniversary Tour" for what is sure to be a memorable performance of music, art and more.
