Description
Join the Mountain Winery as they explore Sauvignon Blanc, the varietal that wine experts have described as "crisp, elegant, and fresh." In this two-hour workshop, attendees will sample and evaluate five different Sauvignon Blancss using the four-step approach to wine tasting. Attendees will also examine the specific growing areas and suitable climates, learn about appellations, and more. The recommended prerequisite is Wine Tasting Basics, Discovering Zinfandel or Discovering Pinot Noir. The price of admission includes a flight of five Appellation Specific Sauvignon Blancs and Class Handouts.
