Yarrrrr, matey! Avast, ye scurvy scallywags! Walk the plank and...hey, wait a minute. These guys aren't pirates! But with a name like The High Sea, you can understand the mistake. Or during conversation, it would sound like Hi-C, which could also be two octaves above middle C. Anyway, this local 3-piece plays an amalgamation of pop and indie rock. Known for the Kavanaugh brothers on guitar and drums, they sway from one song to the next. I still think they should dress up like pirates, though.
