Located inside the Fairmont Hotel, this longtime favorite has carved out its own niche in downtown San Jose’s nightlife scene by offering a chic setting with a dash of 1940s dinner club nostalgia. White-jacketed waiters serve the classic American cuisine and are happy to suggest something from the list of over 500 wines. A lot of locals love to cozy up to the bar on one of the comfy leather barstools to order a cocktail and maybe a snack from the bar menu.
