Description
Santa Cruz native and recent college graduate Dillon Baiocchi returns to the West Coast to perform his original music with his New York based group. The alto saxophonist was honored to receive the Downbeat Student Music Award for his original composition “Mountain Road” in April 2012. Baiocchi’s Band has toured California several times and has performed regularly in New York City over the past two years. Baiocchi has also toured Canada with the Franky Rousseau Large Band and performed with many other amazing groups in New York and California. He will be playing newly written material with musicians Sammy Bronowski on tenor sax, Franky Rousseau on guitar, Matt Rousseau on bass, and Douglas Marriner on drums.
