And if it weren't for a court-ordered moratorium on executions in California, he would have been executed already. "Scapegoat," the forthcoming book by Crime Magazine editor and publisher J. Patrick O'Connor, explores the Cooper controversy in detail.The San Jose Peace and Justice Center hosts the author and Cooper's attorney, David Alexander, to discuss the case and its implications.
