The opening night of The 33rd Annual San Francisco International Comedy Competition, one of the oldest and most prestigious comedy competitions in the country. Past competitors include Robin Williams, Dana Carvey, Ellen Degeneres, Patton Oswalt, Dane Cook, Steven Wright, Roseanne Barr, and many more. Tonight's show is hosted by 2006 finalist Mo Mandel, currently seen on Comedy Central's Reality Bites Back.
