Hyatt Regency Monterey Resort & Spa’smonthly wine tasting program - Taste of TusCA – continues this month, showcasing the wines of esteemed Salinas winery Scheid Vineyards. A casual and lively monthly event, Taste of TusCA features renowned regional wineries and inspired food pairings from TusCA Ristorante’s seasonally-inspired Italian menu. Each of the three exceptional wines from Schied Vineyards to be featured at the event – Gewürztraminer, Chardonnay, Syrah – will be expertly paired with appetizers created by Executive Chef Mark Ayers. Menu highlights include Schied’s Gewürztraminer matched with Scallop Ceviche with Citrus Vinaigrette, and Chardonnay paired with Pan-Seared Salmon and White Peach with Parsnip Puree.
