Join Guadalupe River Park Conservancy and Zen Hwang, DMQ and experience how Qigong & TaiChi use breath, posture, and movement to cleanse, accumulate and circulate Qi in the body. Through the cultivation of the body, mind and breath, our response to the external environment is strengthened and overall quality of life is improved.
This workshop promotes health and balance while getting a full mind-body workout and covers energetic anatomy, tonification-discharging methods, and energy building body movements. All levels are welcomed – just bring yourself in comfortable clothing. Reserve your space for the highest yang day of 2014 for maximal benefit to your health.
This program takes place on the meadow adjacent to the Heritage Rose Garden. Parking is available at Seymour Street. Pre-registration is required, space is limited. For more information visit grpg.org or call (408) 298-7657.
