It's built like a greasy spoon, with booths and a small bar area, but instead of a short-order grill, they've got a full-on kitchen and more sophistimacated breakfast eats. The pancakes and French toast are great, but it's all about the omelettes here. All hail the Applewood bacon and avocado masterpiece! They should call it "Huevos" instead.
