This year’s weeklong series of events will launch with the Spirit of ’45 Day at History Park!Spirit of '45 Day, August 4th from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. ($5 admission, $6 parking)
Then join us in the evening of August 4th (7pm -10pm) for a dance and celebration to honor the US Coast Guard's 222nd Anniversary! ($5 admission)
August 6th-10th is the First ever Spirit of '45 Film Festival. This well be a week-long series of films shown at the Mexican Heritage Plaza and will feature traditionally underrepresented ethnic groups which served and fought bravely in WWII! (Admission $2/per person, free parking)
August 12th - Spirit of '45 Day at the San Jose Giants Municipal Stadium. Join us as we celebrate the stadium's 70th Anniversary. We'll go back to the 1940's and honor the WWII Generation. Tickets are $5 from Spirit of '45 (call 408-221-9805) or $10 at the box office.
