Spectrum Art Auction and Cocktail Party

Spectrum will be dedicated to the talented artists who have generously supported Access Institute over the past 5 years. The art auction will feature 75 of the best emerging artists from the Bay Area and the West Coast along with students, graduates and faculty of the California College of the Arts. We will honor two of our artists, James Scott Geras and Daniel Tousignant, for their generous support, belief in our mission and encouraging artists to donate and join our community.

Special Musical Guest Connie Champagne

Access Institute for Psychological Services provides mental health services to low-income and uninsured residents of San Francisco. This year, Access Institute collaborates with California College of the Arts (CCA) to co-present Spectrum on Sunday, October 19th, 2008 (6 to 9 pm) at Mezzanine in San Francisco. Spectrum has earned a reputation as the best local art auction featuring cutting edge art at affordable prices. The art auction will feature 75 of the best emerging artists from the Bay Area and the West Coast along with students, graduates and faculty of CCA. And new this year, an auction showcase of 20 local designers selected by Irene Hernandez-Feiks of Chillin’ Productions. Special musical guest, Connie Champagne, will delight the crowd channeling, as well as singing, Judy Garland, a performance she has made famous at local venues. Mezzanine, with its loft-like interior, provides an optimal showcase for the art and a sensational atmosphere for the party.
