Description

Executive Chef Robert Holt is pairing up with the coveted Silver Oak Vineyards to offer an exclusive five-course wine lover's dinner. Guests will be welcomed at the dinner's reception starting at 6:30 with a glass of wine and passed hors d'Oeurves. Upon seating at 7pm, a course of House Smoked Sonoma Foie Gras Tourchon Cabernet Gastrique with Red Grapes and Brioche Toast will be served. The next course brings House Made Tagliatelle, Crispy Pancetta, Spring Onions and Oregon Morel Mushrooms. The last dinner course will showcase Beef Short Ribs Braised with Porcini Mushrooms and Cabernet Sauvignon Nante Carrots, Pommes Lyonnaise and Wild Leek Butter. Dessert will feature a Scarffenberger Chocolate and Cherry Mousse Cake with Bing Cherry Coulis. Winery representative Nora Comee will be on hand masterfully paring the Silver Oak wines.
