Description
Solutions for critical environmental challenges such as climate change, water availability, ocean acidification, loss of biodiversity and other issues threatening planetary sustainability will be addressed by leaders in the field during the Showcase of Solutions for Planetary Sustainability on Thursday, August 23, 5 p.m.-9 p.m., at the NASA Ames Research Center in Mountain View, Calif.Scheduled speakers include Dr. Steven F. Zornetzer, Associate Director of NASA Ames Research Center; Bill Kurtz, CEO/COO of Bloom Energy; and Marianna Grossman, president and executive director of Sustainable Silicon Valley.
