San Jose Taco Festival

Description

The largest taco event in Northern California, the San Jose Taco Festival brings a variety of taco recipes from more than 35 of the best regional food trucks. All plates will be $5 or less. Short rib tacos, nacho tacos, Vietnamese shrimp tacos and even ice cream tacos is just a sample of the day's menu. Attendees and surprise celebrity judges will weigh in on their favorite tacos.

Live music acts will perform throughout the day and a kids area will feature pinatas, balloon artists and face painters. Luche Libre (Mexican-style masked wrestling) wrestling events will also take place throughout the day.

A selection of approximately 20 art, jewelry, clothing vendors and community partners will also have a presence at the event.
