Whether you are a couch-potato, walker, jogger or marathon veteran, San Jose “STAY” Fit offers an inspiring and enjoyable 20 week program to GET IN SHAPE or STAY IN SHAPE throughout the winter.

What is San Jose “STAY” Fit?

San Jose “STAY” Fit is a new addition to San Jose Fit, a marathon training program. It helps individuals stay active throughout the upcoming winter months while offering training, motivation, and support to those who want to start their News Year’s resolutions now. Whether preparing to complete a 5K, 10K, half marathon or full marathon*, this program is a great way to meet new people, stay fit, and change your life!

What does San Jose “STAY” Fit offer?
• Weekly choice of destination walks or runs lead by
San Jose Fit trained coaches
• Beautiful trails and hills
• Flat walks or runs
• Mommy Fit (with or without strollers, days and times will vary)
• Conditioning program
• Track workouts
• Spinning class (additional cost)
• Technical “NO WHINING” running shirt
• Store and race discounts

$ 80 Returning members

*Note: Must have completed a marathon within the
past year and be prepared to start with a ten
mile run to participate in the marathon program. Dates: Nov. 14, 2009 – Mar. 27, 2010

Where: Los Gatos High School
(Track Parking Lot)
We will meet at this location on Saturday, Nov. 14 and 21 for orientation and a short walk or run.
Time: 8:30 A.M. Saturday mornings
The following runs are available to our runners and walkers: San Jose Turkey Trott 5K, 10K Campbell Octoberfest & Valentine’s 5K San Francisco Kaiser Half Marathon Santa Cruz Half Marathon Napa Valley Marathon Big Sur Half or Full Marathon Others . . .
