Amateur and professional salsa chefs are invited to compete for Salsa glory in this year's Salsa Festival hosted by Redwood City. Choose between hot, medium and fruit categories, and entries will be judged based on aroma, consistency, color, heat level, taste and aftertaste. Deadline for entries is Aug 29.More Info
