Description
Ronald Brautigam will perform the Pathétique Sonata, Opus 13: the “Eroica” Variations, Opus 35; the “Moonlight” Sonata quasi una fantasia, Opus 27, no. 2; and the “Appassionata” Sonata, Opus 57, on the Beethoven Center’s original Broadwood fortepiano from 1823.Mr. Brautigam’s recital is a fund-raiser for the Ira F. Brilliant Center for Beethoven Studies. Tickets are $100 (including a post recital reception with the artist), $55, $35 and $25. A portion of the $100 ($80) and $55 ($35) tickets are a tax-deductible donation.
