Rocket Fitness Outside is a group exercise program that combines traditional fitness with incorporating elements of the surrounding environment. The class is designed to be non competitive and a “self challenge” three level skill format. Every lesson plan consists of an A, B, C skill level. Participants place themselves in a category that best describes their fitness level and ability. Strength, cardiovascular, and flexibility fitness are always a function of the program along with an occasional group dynamic activity. (translation…it’s like boot camp, but wimps are allowed).

May 2-30 – Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays – 6:15 to 7:00 a.m.
Fee: $195.00 -The Barnyard Shopping Village & Window By The Bay
(Meet at parking lot next to Monterey Bay Kayaks)
