Description
What: The Napa Valley Wine Train, an engaging and memorable experience that echoes the glory days of train travel, is excited to ring in 2018 with its New Years Eve Dinner Train on Sunday, December 31. Guests are invited to arrive at 5 p.m. to enjoy a welcome glass of wine or champagne and appetizers such as a display of local cheeses, Charcuterie and poached shrimp in the train station before embarking on a journey through Napa Valleys countryside.The train will depart at 6:30 p.m. to begin an intimate celebration on board with a welcome glass of wine and a four-course gourmet meal with slow braised citrus pork belly or pacific smoked salmon ciabatta toast to start and numerous entree options such as sliced tenderloin of beef, fresh basil ricotta ravioli and tarragon-dusted Maine lobster cake, followed by dessert. Passengers can upgrade to the Vista Dome Car for a more private dining experience.
