Some secrets are hard to give up, and Irish-born Michael Faul has created a cozy, laid-back, hidden pub. Everything is made with honey. Five ciders, five beers and five meads are always on tap. Ask for a flight of each or order a pint. The classic Hard Black Cherry is the perfect mix of tart and sweet, and seasonal ciders are available in limited quantities. The pomegranate, blood orange and pear ciders are fragrant and refreshing for summer. Apple and berry varieties are meticulously picked by Faul. Ask about the Mead of Poetry—they offer the oldest mead commercially available in the US.
