DescriptionIf there was a "Doogie Howser" title in EDM, Aussie producer tyDi (pronounced "tidy") would earn it. At 17 he was signed to Armin van Buuren's label, Armada, shortly before winning the award for the "Best Breakthrough DJ", presented by Tiesto. He's also ranked in DJ Mag's Top 100 list for four consecutive years. Musically, tyDi blends ambient electronic beats, epic production sounds and gorgeous ethereal female vocals. He hosts a weekly electro-themed podcast called "Global Soundsystem." He's 26 now, but has already accomplished a lot. (Amulya Datla)
Born and raised in the musically historic city of Manchester, England, Marc and Allister Blackham, also known as the EC Twins, began their career in the House Music scene in Edinburgh, Scotland at age 16. They quickly evolved from flyer boys to creating and running the city’s most successful club: Eye Candy. The Twins excelled, drawing in crowds night after night continually packing Eye Candy beyond capacity. The initials of the infamous nightclub stuck as they are still known around the world as simply...The EC Twins.
