Description
Sunnyvale Art Gallery is pleased to announce "Peaceful Places", a solo exhibition by Robert Duvall. The artist has put together a series of oil and gouache paintings on paper and canvas. As an artist, Duvall's paintings capture visual images which evoke a soothing and calming moment, yet convey the grandeur of various landscape subjects such as the waterfalls and mountains showcased in this exhibition.Duvall uses the elements of light, texture, form and color to capture the beauty of creation that God created which can lend a peaceful and serene aura to a technology driven world.
The exhibition dates are February 1-28, 2012, from 8am-9pm.
Artist Reception is February 25, 2012, 2pm-5pm
