"Pale Red Horse is the new creative partnership between a group of longtime friends, all of whom have been established contributors to northern California's underground music scene for the last several years through separate bands. Though fresh from the womb and still wiping the placenta from this new project, the music created thus far can best be described as pure sonic energy. While creating this new music, the members draw from a broad and eclectic list of musical influences, ranging from easier listening sounds such as Incubus, Sublime, and Finger Eleven, as well as headier, progressive acts like Tool, Dredg, The Mars Volta, and King Crimson, and probably everything else from one end of the musical spectrum to the other.
