Join us for another evening of our Pairing Series and sample the wines of Testarossa Winery alongside a three-course dinner prepared by culinary arts studentsOverview

Each Monday, The International Culinary Center opens its Wine Theater to the public for wine tasting seminars and tutored pairing dinners featuring local wines. During the month of July, we highlight wines from the neighboring Santa Cruz Mountains.

Explore a range of bottlesin a lecture led by Certified Sommelier Laurie Lindrup, CEC, CS, CSW, FWS. Afterward, proceed to The International Culinary Center's private dining room—the Monte Bello. You'll enjoy a three-course wine pairing dinner, prepared by our students, and Laurie will be on hand to discuss each of her handpicked wine selections.

July 30: Passion in Every Glass

Meet winemaker Bill Brosseau of Testarossa. This family-owned winery, located in the historic Novitiate of Los Gatos, has garnered multiple accolades since its founding in the early 1990s.
