Description

Join us in our million-dollar wine theatre for an introduction to the wines of Suacci Carcieri and a tasting led by owner and wine-producer, John Suacci. Once you are well-versed on the delectable Pinot Noirs and Chardonnays from this Russian River Valley namesake, indulge in a three-course dining experience created by the new generation of budding top chefs. We invite you to enjoy an evening you won’t soon forget.

Suacci Carcieri is the result of a love for wine, and a bond between two families. For the past 25 years, the Suacci and Carcieri families watched as the wine industry grew in the small Sonoma County town of Sebastopol. In 2001 the Suacci’s planted a vineyard of Pinot Noir in the south-facing valleys in the foothills of English Mountain, within the Russian River Valley AVA. Inspired by the vineyard and a thirst to create his own wine, John Suacci reached out to his family friends, the Carcieri’s, and the families have been creating incredible wines since.

Learn more about the history of the vineyards, winery, and families, and listen and taste as John leads you through a flight of Suacci Carcieri wines in our elegant wine theatre created exclusively for the art of tasting and learning about wine.

Following the lecture and tasting, you’ll continue to enjoy your favorite Suacci Carcieri wines in our Monte Bello Dining Room, as we guide you through a food and wine pairing menu. All three of the evening’s courses will be prepared by the crème de la crème culinary students who have been fully immersed and trained in the culinary arts by seasoned instructors and Master Chefs—students that will surely grace the pages of Saveur magazine and the studios at Food Network in the years to come.

We look forward to sharing a night of excellent wine, friendly company, and mouthwatering food with you.
