Chilean MC Anita Tijoux will make her first Bay Area appearance at "Noche Electica," which also features San Jose's Blank Manuscript, El Dulce Lobo, Mexia and others, ensuring that the event will live up to its billing as an "eclectic night." Tijoux is signed to Nacional Records, home of Manu Chao, Ozomatli and Los Fabulosos Cadillacs. Local group Mexia was recently signed to Universal's Latino label.
