The SoFa district of San Jose has been dominated for many years by South First Billiards, which proudly serves as one of downtown's most popular destinations, while Cuetopia blends the pool-shooting crowds of both San Jose and Santa Clara. Most of San Jose's smaller bars and local dives, such as Cinnabar or the Caravan, have managed to fit a pool table in somewhere, even if that means that they must cover it with plywood and turn it into a table when the crowd packs in.
