On New Year's Eve, Tuesday, December 31, LB Steak in Menlo Park will open at 4:00 PM with the last seating at 10:00 PM serving a limited regular a la carte dinner menu plus a $71.50 four-course prix fixe menu with main course choices of Carnaroli Risotto with Périgord truffle, egg yolk and Castelmagno cow’s milk blue cheese; Filet of Beef “Wellington” with black truffle, onion pudding, spinach and whipped bone marrow; or Truffle Crusted Turbot with potato purée, turnips, parsley and garlic jus. Prix fixe menu items will be offered on an a la carte basis and all prices exclude beverages, tax and gratuity. Decorations will include balloons and streamers and guests for the evening's last seating will receive a complimentary sparkling wine toast and party favors at midnight.LB Steak Menlo Park
