Description
Lane Montgomery has traveled as a photographer with the International Rescue Committee, Americares and other humanitarian groups in such places as Rwanda, Liberia, Haiti, Kosovo, Ethiopia and the Congo. Never Again, Again, Again is a photographic essay with text on the major genocides in the 20th and 21st centuries including Armenia, the Holocaust, Cambodia, Rwanda, Bosnia, Herzegovina and Darfur. She visits the Council to discuss the role of the international community and the responsibility to protect.
