Nancy Rogers is a compassionate, knowlegable personal trainer certified by NPTI. She trains people in their own home or in her conveniently located SF gym. No matter what your present condition or age, Nancy welcomes you. She knows that is impossible NOT to get results if you train and eat correctly. Nancy has also been a teacher for 20 years and knows how to keep you motivated and excited about your fitness.

Sessions are $60. per hour and may be shared between 2 individuals such as husband and wife or 2 friends. Having a work out partner is a great way to stick with your fitness plan and it makes working out more fun and affordable.
