Description

Two sisters from Columbus, Ohio move into a basement apartment in Greenwich Village in the 1940's amidst New York's subway system construction. Their transition brings them to discover much about life in the big city and each other. Filled with memorably quirky characters, this charmingly humorous play, derived from the stories of Ruth McKenney, later became the basis of the musical hit Wonderful Town.

This rendition of "My Sister Eileen" is directed by Marcia Frederick while featuring Claire Slattery as Ruth and April Spain as Eileen.
