Description
From June 24 to 26th, Monterey becomes the center of the blues world when the Monterey Bay Blues Festival takes over the Monterey Fairgrounds. Now in its 26th year, the Monterey Bay Blues Festival is one of the top blues festivals in the United States.The music at the Monterey Bay Blues Festival begins at 6:30pm on Friday, and continues on three stages until 10:20pm. This is just the appetizer for a weekend that's packed with blues music. Saturday's performances kick off at 10:30am, and don't stop until 11:30pm. Musicians take to the stage Sunday at 10:45pm, and keep going past 10pm.
With so many performers playing on three separate stages, you can't see everything! Plan in advance by referring to the schedule on the official Monterey Bay Blues Festival website.
