9:00-10:30 AMGentle yoga
Yoga postures are taught in an environment geared toward restoration, healing and relaxation. Perfect for beginners, those recovering from injury, or those just needing a gentler practice. Emphasis on gentle strength building, flexibility, and the use of the breath to relax and renew.
12:00-1:15PM
Beginner Ashtanga Vinyasa
Basic postures of ashtanga; focuses on breath and alignment while increasing flexibility and building core strength.
5:30-7:00PM
&
7:15-8:30PM
Vinyasa Flow
A sequence of flowing postures, coordinating breath and movement. Modifications are suggested for different levels of students. Students are encouraged to practice at their own level. Knowledge of yoga or vinyasa basics recommended.
