Most spiritual traditions include some form of meditation, but often these involve thinking about something. In this talk, Nyingma Institute instructor Hugh Joswick will discuss how meditative awareness can move beyond concepts to touch deep states of awareness and being.

About the Nyingma tradition: Over many centuries Tibetan Nyingma masters have awakened the full potential of human consciousness through meditation, study, and work. In 1969 Tibetan Lama Tarthang Tulku brought the Nyingma tradition to the United States where it has become a catalyst for positive change.

Tarthang Tulku founded the Nyingma Institute in 1972. Here, these unique teachings and practices comes to life.
