Description

Ryan Farr and Taylor Boetticher will be at it again, this time they are going to HANG and butcher a 21 day aged forequarter, 100% grass fed, 175lb slab of beef from Magruger Ranch. They will demonstrate there fine art of butchery, and then immediately throw shanks of meat on the grill for everyones enjoyment. They will also bring there meat grinder and make fresh hamburgers from the slab. In addition to the forequarter, we will be offering corn dogs, chicharrones, panchetta wrapped peaches, and other fine meats and pate's from there home kitchens.

We will also offer a house made peach infused bourbon cocktail to accompany the savory eats.

Notes
We will start things off around 6pm, but it will last for several hours, so dont feel like you have to be the first in the door, there will be PLENTY of everything for everyone.
