Roux Louisiana Kitchen brings The Big Easy to San Jose's Santana Row with a big New Orleans-style bash to celebrate Mardi Gras.Laissez les bon temps rouler (“let the good times roll”) in Santana Row’s Park Valencia from 6-9 p.m. with live New Orleans jazz by Bug Horn Rex, jugglers & fire eaters, food & drink samples and face painting, which is all FREE. Inside the restaurant, enjoy Roux’ Creole and Cajun cuisine including Etouffe, Gumbo and Jambalaya, as well as drink specials and of course bead tossing til Midnight!
