San Jose Jazz presents an evening with Lynn Drury at the Poor House Bistro as part of their popular Blues Thursday live music series. Lynn Drury is a singer and songwriter that was born in Mississippi yet made New Orleans her adopted home. Upon listening to her music, you'll notice that it incorporates elements of both of these great places. By mixing the twang and grit of Mississippi with the funky grooves of New Orleans, Lynn creates a sound that is easily recognizable yet fresh and innovative.
